Once contact has been made with South Pacific Private, clients are welcome to have a confidential assessment. Assessments are over the phone. During this call, the Assessment Officer explores the current issues and the crisis that has motivated the call for help.
Our fast-track admissions process guarantees an assessment by our Intake team. We guarantee Fast-Tracked admission for clients where necessary and appropriate. Admission to our programs is dependent on the outcome of an assessment conducted by one of our Mental Health Assessing Officers. Their treatment recommendations will determine when you can be admitted and when our treatment programs are appropriate.
Our programs are also covered by most private health funds, and the DVA, though private payment is also accepted. Click here for a full list of our contracted health funds. Click here to view more about our treatment pathways.
Our inpatient and day programs are conducted from our recently renovated private facility on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Each client's progress is managed by a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists and medical staff.
Please feel free to email us directly with any other related queries regarding the referral process at email@example.com
