Step-Down Day Patient program 
This is specifically for clients discharging from our Inpatient program, to help with the transition back into everyday life. Run on an outpatient basis, the client has the opportunity to apply the skills they have learnt to everyday family, work and social situations, with the support and feedback.
Relapse Prevention
This is an evening program for clients who have completed our Inpatient program, to provide extra support for those recovering from an addiction. Run one night a week across ten weeks, it is especially beneficial when attended within the first 90 days of recovery.
Mood Disorder Program
The Mood Disorder program helps clients to understand and accept the nature of depression and anxiety, while giving them the practical skills and strategies to be used in everyday life. This program can be attended as a compontant for after-care or as a
stand-alone program. It is run once a week over eight weeks, as both a Day Program
and Evening Program.
