Diane Young
PSYCHOTHERAPIST, ADDICTIONS AND TRAUMA SPECIALIST
Diane specialises in addiction, grief, childhood trauma, family networks, relational issues and neuroscientific treatments for addiction and emotional issues. With deep lived-experience of addiction and trauma herself, Diane runs our intensive childhood-trauma workshop and is renowned as an engaging and experienced facilitator and speaker.
Dr Ashwini Padhi
PSYCHIATRIST, MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT
Dr Padhi is a Fellow of Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry. He also holds a membership of Royal College of Psychiatry UK and has practised for over 10 years in the United Kingdom before coming to Australia. He is currently the Clinical Director in Western Sydney LHD and is an expert in general adult and youth mental health. He joins South Pacific with special expertise in addictions, psychodynamic psychotherapy and impulse control disorders.
Fleur Wood
CEO
Fleur is the daughter of founders Bill and Lorraine Wood. Fleur is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, creative, author, businesswoman and philanthropist. Formally serving on the board of South Pacific Private from 2003 – 2008, Fleur returned as Director to work closely with the senior management team on communications, business strategy and her vision for inclusive, accessible, high-quality care. Fleur stepped into the role of CEO in December 2022.
