Towards Healthy Shame -19th January 2017

What is shame? Shame is the trademark of dysfunctional families.

It comes with addictive families, families with problems and secrets, families whose ancestors had addictions, problems or secrets.

The words are a spell that others cast on us and that we learn to cast on ourselves. The spell says: what you did isn’t okay, who you are isn’t okay and nothing you do will change that. Shame on you.
