We are Being Mindful in May -26th April 2018

Mindfulness practice is derived from age-old meditational tradition. It began in the 1980s with the studies of Jon Kabat-Zinn. Since his studies, mindfulness has become much more accepted into the mainstream and is seen less as a kooky ‘hippy style’ practice and more for the supportive valuable tool that it is.
